We are pleased to announce another great partnership with The Physio Rooms. Sally C. Davis is a qualified Meditation & Mindfulness Practioner and SMART coach. She teaches stress management and relaxation techniques through workshops, drop-in’s and long term courses. Sally will be offering the following courses starting this term:
Meditation & Relaxation Techniques for Beginners (for men & women) Monday 18th September - Mon 23rd October - 6 weeks
7.15pm - 8.15pm
This course is designed for beginners or those who interested in learning a little more about stress management and meditation. Each week you will be taken on a guided meditation and shown different techniques to relax the mind and the body. This is a great class for people with busy lives or who for those who find it difficult to switch off. You will leave relaxed, calm and refreshed.
Mindfulness for the Body (Kick Start Body Confidence & Weight Loss)
Tuesday 19th September - Tuesday 10th October - 4 weeks
7.30pm - 9.00pm
This course is aimed at people who wish to break bad habits around around food, body confidence or weight loss. It is designed to kick start new mindful ways in relation to how we think and act about our bodies. Each week there will be a guided meditation, a mindfulness practice and a creative activity. You will be given techniques to use at home along with food plans to help you feel happier, calmer and in control. A great way to kick start weight loss and create a happier mind body balance.
