Lynn Wardill is a Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer. She has been teaching for 22 years. Lynn has been teaching Yoga for 15 years and practices Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga (primary & intermediate series) and also Hatha Yoga and has qualified with Centered Flow Yoga. She also teach Pilates and qualified with Stott Pilates in Matwork and the Reformer.
She loves her job and has a passion for health and fitness. Her aim is to meet her clients goals and develop them in their chosen discipline.
She currently receives referrals from Chiropractors, Osteopaths and Physiotherapists to teach Pilates and Yoga to their clients.
