We require payment immediately following each appointment. For insured patients, you are required to settle the payment with us, and then claim this back from your insurance company.

We recommend that you contact your insurance company before starting treatment to enquire:

	If you need a medical referral from your doctor
	Whether you are liable to pay an excess
	Whether there are any restrictions on the number of treatments allowed, or any limit on the total amount that can be claimed
	Whether there is a limit to the number of weeks within which you must receive a specified number of treatments

Patients are advised to keep all receipts for physiotherapy in order to claim monies from their insurance company.

Please note we can only claim directly from your insurance company for physiotherapy treatment if you have already contacted your insurance company to authorise treatment. Please ensure that you provide us with a policy number or claim number.
