Becky Cunningham

Becky Cunningham trained at the University of Kent, obtaining a BSc Hons in Sports therapy in 2014.

A member of the Society of Sports Therapists, Becky regularly attends CPDs and coaching to keep up to date with new research. As well as the sports therapy degree, Becky has gained level 3 Personal training qualification, which helps when tailoring injury rehabilitation or prevention exercises for clients. Becky incorporates many techniques within treatments, Muscle energy techniques (MET), soft tissue release (STR), trigger point therapy and deep tissue techniques.

Along with massage, if required, exercises can be provided to help to aide recovery and help the client’s recovery from niggles and pains, getting them back to their sport/ daily activities sooner.

Becky has provided pitch side assistance/first aid and physio for many sport teams, with seasons spent at Maidstone Rugby club, Lordswood Rugby Club and most recently Shoreham Football Club.

Becky enjoys partaking in sport herself, playing netball, golf and a regular gym goer.
